Whatsapp For Buisness Android Now Available Worldwide

The much anticipated WhatsApp Business has officially launched. Released on Android, the app is aimed at helping small enterprises connect better with their customers.

WhatsApp Business adds key features like dedicated business profiles for details like email address, business description, store addresses, and website; smart messaging tools like greetings, quick replies, and away messages; and metrics for how many messages were sent, delivered, and read.

For those who use a business number and a personal one, both the WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger apps can be used in the same device and registered with your different numbers. WhatsApp Business is also compatible with WhatsApp Web, the app’s desktop web browser client.

Business accounts will be clearly listed as such. WhatsApp says over time, businesses that have confirmed their account phone number matches their business one will receive a confirmation badge on their profile. That’s similar to WhatsApp adding green verification badges to select business accounts last year in the standard app. According to WhatsApp spokesperson, the current feature set will remain free in the long term, but WhatsApp plans on charging for additional capabilities in the future.

WhatsApp says other users can continue to use the standard app as usual and will still have full control over the messages they receive like blocking numbers and reporting spam.

WhatsApp Business is already up and available for download from the Google Play Store for Android users, though there’s no mention of an iOS release yet. It is currently available in Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, the UK, and the US, with a global rollout scheduled in the coming weeks.

Fix phone not charging only when switched off

When your phone doesn't charge when it's switched on or it charges very very slow, but charges at a normal rate when it's plugged while switched off could and should be very stressful to whomever is going through the problem on his/her device, because sometimes you may want to perform a task while the phone is on charge or you should be expecting a call or sms from business colleagues and a whole lot of other scenarios, but the main point is you want your mobile phone active while it's charging .
This could be caused by a whole lot of things on the phone, both software and hardware. Some few reasons why your smartphone refuse to charge while turned on but charges while turned off which includes; outdated software’s, bent pin ( pin sometimes get bent to a different position that makes charging a hassle, and changes how the phone is recognized if at all. Because of that, you can only charges the phone when it’s off .)

But in this post i would be giving you some really cool possible actions to fix this problem on your smartphone rather than meeting a technician in a hurry.

Solution1 :

1. Power off your phone, and wait for like fifteen seconds before you start getting setup to fix the issue

2. Examine the port carefully to see where the pin is bent

3. Straighten out the pin carefully , i repeat carefully to avoid causing any damage to it.

4. Once the pin is fixed properly, try to charge it when turn on and see the difference.

Solution 2:

1. Use different USB cable and charger to power up your device when turn on.
Sometimes, cable tend to be incompatible with some phones with time.

2. Remove/Refresh your battery: if your smartphone have a removable battery, I suggest you remove it completely and use another different battery compatible with your smart phone. Battery incompatibility sometimes causes charging distortion.

3. Make sure Your Android software is up to date otherwise search for an update for your device and get it updated. System crashes when they are out dated.

4. Factory reset your Phone: When all the above fails, then you will have to do the needful by factory resetting your phone.

If this methods suggested above seems futile, I'd suggest that you see a technician specialised on the repairs of phones to fix this or get a new phone if necessary.
